For customers arriving by plane, Hertz desk is situated on the connection corridor between Terminal 1 and 2. For customers without flight number, the Hertz desk is located at the Terminal 1 entrance, 50-100 meters to the left. Terminal 1 (T1) landing airlines: Air Baltic, Atlas Jet, Austrian Airlines, Blue1, Brussels Airlines, City Airlines, Estonian Air, KLM, LOT, Lufthansa, SAS, TAP Portugal. フィンランド全体的に英語のスキルはとても高く、コミュニケーションに問題はありませんでした。態度もそれなりに礼儀正しく、無愛想な感じはありませんでした。デポジットとして1500ユーロが請求されましたが、これは少し多いのか、それとも普通なのでしょうか？さらに、30日以内に違反切符がなければ返金されるというのは、少し遅い気がします。

サービスは非常に良く、基本的に行列はなく、スタッフはおじさんで説明がとてもわかりやすかったです。ただし、デポジットは1500ユーロ必要で、最初は車を返却してから2-3営業日で80%が解除され、残りの20%は1か月後くらいに解除されると言われました。実際には車を返却してから10日経っても解除されておらず、電話で問い合わせたところ、解除申請は銀行に送られているが、銀行がどれくらいの時間がかかるかはわからないとのことでした。このデポジットは確かに少し高いですね。

空港の近くに歩いてすぐ到着することができて、行列のスタッフは車を店の入り口まで運転する必要がなくて、駐車場まで走って車を探しに行く必要がなくて、また車は車を駐車場まで鍵を収集箱に入れることができて、速い便利!満足

とても満足しています。サービスの態度も良く、T2から空港を出てオフィスを見つけるのはとても簡単でした。車の受け取り手続きもシンプルで、返却はST1でガソリンを満タンにしてから約800メートルの返却点まで、とても便利です。

約束の時間、空港のバーガーキングの入り口で会ってから、数分で到着する。 車を受け取るのは手続きが簡単で、返却するのと同じ点で、すぐそばにガソリンスタンドがあり、油を満たして車を会社のスペースに停め、鍵を作業車に入れればいい。 車を取る時に凍結した1500ユーロがどれだけの時間解凍されるか分からない。

早く着きましたが、しかしレンタカー会社の人は空港の出口まで迎えに行きません;自分でN回電話して、それから空港のスタッフに聞いてやっとそこまでの道をはっきりさせることができて、着いた時に併ぶ人がなくて、すぐに処理することができます。しかも早い。保証金として500ユーロのお金を払った。

実は空港からはまだ離れていて、ホテルには従業員が一人しかいません。しかし、すべての手続きは非常に便利で、列を並ばなくてもよい:)まだ車が深夜なので、セルフサービスの車で、駐車場の駐車がいっぱいで、少しの時間を回ってやっと駐車スペースを見つける。
