The car rental shuttle runs every 15 minutes, and can be found on the lower-level door number two in the airport’s only terminal. The best way to get to the shuttle service is to follow the signs for baggage claim and use the glass door exit closest to baggage carousel number three. The shuttle is a short four-minute ride, which operates every day of the year making it easy for you to get to us no matter when you land in Chicago. The busses operate 24 hours a day and depart regularly for the rental facility. Upon arrival at the Rental Car Facility, proceed directly to the Avis rental counter. WALK-UP RENTERS: Enter the rental car return entrance off of 55th Street. Follow signs to Avis vehicle return which is located on level 4. After returning your vehicle, proceed to the elevator and take it to the first floor. The shuttle bus stop outside the lobby. The busses depart regularly for the airport.

The busses operate 24 hours a day and depart regularly for the rental facility. Upon arrival at the Rental Car Facility, proceed directly to the Budget rental counter. RETURNS: Enter the rental car return entrance off of 55th Street. Follow signs to Budget vehicle return which is located on level 4. They will lead to the Budget car rental lot. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: The rental counters close every night at 2 AM; however, there is an agent on duty in the returns area to check in car returns 24/7.

普通の感じで、ETCを勧められたが、実際には全く必要ありませんでした。CHIの通行料はその場で支払えますし、とても簡単です。また、追加のサービスを提供された際、追加の税金や料金についてはっきりと説明されず、請求書も非常に不明瞭で、明細がわからないまま銀行から直接引き落とされました。

車を取るのはとても順調で、サービスはとても良いです。保険に余分に加入するという噂はなかった。車の調子もいい。異国では車が便利です。検車は簡単です。検車回送票があります。気楽に歩ける。

サービスは全体的に悪くないが、ミドルウェイ空港では車を持ってくるのが遅く、一時間ほど待った。僕の番が来たとき、フォード・シャープはなくなったと言ったが(前回のニューヨークと同じだった)、それでも踏ん張ってシャープにやった。

予約時間にカウンターに行っても誰もおらず、電話しても出ない。長い時間待ってやっと人が現れたが、あまりにも無愛想。その後手続きを終えたら、車が駐車場に無く、再度カウンターに戻って状況確認。カウンターのスタッフは非常に面倒くさそうにしていて、もう知ってるからそこにいて、と言われた。その後、再手配された車が来るのにまた長い時間を待たされた上、ガソリンも満タンではなかった。本当に最悪！カウンタースタッフのサービスも最悪、最悪！5つ星の低評価ができるなら、間違いなく満点を上げたい！

Hertzのレンタカーはこれまでで一番高価で、多くの友人からHertzは各種保険を勧めると言われていたが、今回は$ 200の保証金をもらって、今まで返してくれなかった! ! !しかも遠距離料金は超高額! ! !本来は1台のFORD EXPLORER、実際に私に1台のDODGEのTRAVLLER、感じは1級ではありません! ! !Hertzを選ばないように! ! !

勧誘が多くて、隠れた料金‘州間費用’があります。電子料金を使わないという話だったのに、結局使われ、私たちは二重に道路橋の料金を支払いました！

サービスはほぼ満足していたのですが、店員さんがE−ZPassの料金を私たちに売り込んできたので、コミュニケーションがうまくいかずに買ってしまったのですが、異議を申し立てた後、店員さんはあっさりと払い戻してくれました。実際には3つの有料道路があります州と州の境界にあります

車を取り、車の効率が高く、車の信頼性が高い。唯一不満なのは、大きなチェロキーを借りたかったから、同型クラスの現代のサンタフェをくれたことだ。レンタカーを借りた人に、最終的にどの車種を借りたかを事前に知っておいたほうがいい。

既に何度もレンタカーを借りているが,今回のレンタカーは比較的気に入っている。1、処理速度が速い、2、待ち時間が短い、車を返しやすい。悪いのは彼らはいくつかのステルスの提案と消費を推測することがあるので、幸いに私は経験と祖先の車の提示があって、Dollarの提案と消費を推薦しないで、すべての項目がすべてYESを満たすことができません!
