The Enterprise counter is located on the 1st floor of the Rental Car Facility. Here\'s what you do to pick up your car:  The Alamo counter is located on the first floor of the Chicago Midway International Rental Car Facility. Proceed downstairs to baggage claim and exit door 3. The Rental Car shuttle bus will take you to the facility.  Upon arrival to the facility, proceed to the counter to obtain your rental agreement. From I-55  1)   Take I-55 to exit 286, Cicero Avenue. 2)   Go South on Cicero Avenue and proceed approximately 1.7 miles. 3)   Take a right on 55th Street and follow the signs to the Rental Car Facility. Self service kiosks available, no need to line up and wait at rental desk.

COUNTER: Follow signs to the baggage claim area then exit glass doors near carousel number 3, walk to the designated rental car shuttle bus stop and board a common rent-a-car bus for a 4-minute ride to the rental car facility. The busses operate 24 hours a day and depart regularly for the rental facility. Upon arrival at the Rental Car Facility, proceed directly to the Budget rental counter. RETURNS: Enter the rental car return entrance off of 55th Street. Follow signs to Budget vehicle return which is located on level 4. They will lead to the Budget car rental lot. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: The rental counters close every night at 2 AM; however, there is an agent on duty in the returns area to check in car returns 24/7.

The car rental shuttle runs every 15 minutes, and can be found on the lower-level door number two in the airport’s only terminal. The best way to get to the shuttle service is to follow the signs for baggage claim and use the glass door exit closest to baggage carousel number three. The shuttle is a short four-minute ride, which operates every day of the year making it easy for you to get to us no matter when you land in Chicago. Take the elevator to Level 3 for the Avis Preferred counter to pick up your rental vehicle.nSelect&Go LocationnUpon arrival at the rental facility, check your email on your smartphone or the Preferred board for the space number of your preassigned vehicle. You have the option to accept the preassigned car or exchange it for a similar car from the Select&Go Exchange Area or upgrade the car to a specialty vehicle from the Select&Go Upgrade Area. Cars in the Select&Go Upgrade Area have the additional daily cost posted on the hangtag. Once you have selected your vehicle, drive the vehicle to the exit booth and present your driver's license to the Avis representative who will quickly complete the transaction and get you on your way.
