I asked her to start the paper work and she refused to do it and said that I must wait until 3PM. I asked if I can rent the car for an extra 30 minutes and she saidyes but cannot quote me the price and said that I will know the extra fee for the 30 minutes when I return the car. She mocked me for booking the car through your platform and "Suggested" me not tochoose your company next time and book the car from budget directly next time . i said i will not choose budget next time and she said that ' s a good idea .
