車を送ってくれたスタッフの態度が良く、サービスが充実していました。しかし、空港にカウンターが無かったのは少し不便でした。

この会社には空港に固定の店舗がなく、私たちの不注意で出発前に連絡をしませんでした。到着後、何人かに尋ねて、電話を借りてやっと見つけました。車を渡してくれた若者はとても親切で、保証金も取られず、直接車を運転して行けました。車を返す時、毛球空港の標識が本当に分かりにくく、だいぶ回って返却場所をやっと見つけました。早めに返車しても問題はなく、店舗はありませんが、常に空港近くで待機している人がいました。
