Although we reserve a small SUV, the staff in the shop told us that they did not have such type of car and provide another car for us.it was a Toyato Camry,which was "upgraded" according to the staff. However, we needed to drive from Sydney,all the way down to Melbourne and wee needed to stopped at some of parks. That was not the type of card we wanted but we had no choice. Even we said we could pay more for a SUV,the shopにnot have one . the宇木seems not wanting to help at all .
