1. Upon arrival, phone 0800 300 115 and let us know that you're ready to be picked up. 2. Proceed to the ground floor and exit through doors E, F, or G. Turn to the right. 3. Follow the footpath down to a sign saying PRE-BOOKED VEHICLE & CAR RENTAL SHUTTLE and wait for our branded Apex shuttle van to pick you up. 4. When the van arrives, the driver will load your luggage into the back of the van or into a trailer. 5. Please tell the driver your name and show him your confirmation (if required). 6. The rental location is two minutes drive from the airport terminal.

Domestic & International arrivals - Our pickup location is located downstairs on level 0. With the luggage carousel behind you exit Door G and turn right. Walk 100 meters and the Pre-Charter pickup area is signposted (above picture). Please wait for us in the designated pickup area, or inside the terminal, if the weather is unfavourable. The drove to the branch where your vehicle is located, is approximately 5 minutes away.

Once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, call us on (04) 213 8938 to order your shuttle. Our driver will meet you inside the building, just inside the exit doors between the Subway and the Rental Car counters on the ground (lower) floor of the terminal. After-hours pick-ups Online check-in is a requirement for after-hours pick-ups. Check in at moderentals.co.nz/check-in at least 24 hours before your hire.

Free pick-up and drop-off service to our Wellington Airport branch for customers from 9:30am - 3pm. Once you have arrived at Wellington Airport, call our Wellington airport office on 0800 502 277 (+64 4 471 1176) to request a shuttle. The airport shuttle pickup area is located outside Wellington airport departures on the ground floor, head out the doors, turn right, walk 40m until you have passed the Airport Flyer Bus Stop (Bright Orange) and our Yellow shuttle bus will meet you in the shuttle car park next to the bus stop

レンタカー会社の社員との交流は順調で、5速マニュアル車を事前に予約し、作業員は転倒にかける際にはダイヤルを上げてから左上に回す必要があることを真剣に説明した。車を持ち上げるのはとてもスムーズで、併ぶ必要はありません。

小さなレンタカー会社は慎重に選んだ。レンタカーは安いし、新車だと明記しているが、状況は悪く、郵便料金も高いので不経済だ。それに、車を返した時、私達がすべての危険を買って、車の外観の傷をすべて私達の頭の上に計算します。

車を返した時に空港で2回間違えたのも問題で、ナビゲーションが正確ではなかった。私たちは国内の到着したターミナルに到着し、また歩いて国際線ターミナルに行きます。もちろんこれはレンタカー会社の問題ではありません。車を返す時、レンタカー会社の態度は冷淡で、交流も多くありません。自分の会社の専用駐車スペースがなくなったのに、道案内もできないし、店の近くに停めてもらえないので、少し離れた場所にある車を探すしかありません。空港まで車を返す人が皆飛行機に乗ることを考えていないのだと思いますが、このような愛理に疎く、一問一答するサービスはどこにもなく、友好的ではない感じがします。

11万キロを運転していた車を受け取り、乗り換えを求めたウェリントン空港の運転手は態度を悪くし、車を受け取る際に750ドルの保証金を払われた。車を返却する際に3日間の敷金の後退を確認して、今まで返金のニュースがなくて、すでにQeeqのアフターサービスに追跡の助けを求めた。

取りに車の時に日が暮れて大雨スクラッチがはっきりとドアを见なかった発見翌日の朝に写真を撮る月までは車で我々の問題と、写真に我々の2天照を証明できないと见て、明らかには古い痕を説明しないと、私はいい全保を買った車だけあって検査して写真を撮る以降取り留証

車を持った翌日に電気瓶が故障したので、連絡してすぐに私の近くの店に行って車を交換した。手続きは簡単で、車を返しても空港で返すことができる。店で買った全危険も良いので、何か問題があれば立て替えは不要です。

レンタカー会社のサービス态度がよくて、特別な忍耐(わがの英語は有限だ)车の駐車場が取り我々が慣れていないため、まだ直接我々を車を停めて取りに连れて行き、出会いはわからないの問題であり、また2度目に停めて詳しく説明で、我々は予定の漢ランダを取りに車のとき、私たちに無料の横暴に格上げし、我々は南北島レンタカーが2回もこの会社、走らせが良く、車が新(約まんkm)こそ、走行してとても推薦budgetこのレンタカー会社。

空港に着いた後、観光客の相談センターのスタッフに電話をかけてもらい、私たちは空港で待っていて、時間がかかったような気がしますが、まだ受け入れることができます。彼らのスタッフは態度が良く、親切で、荷物運びも手伝ってくれました。会社に着いたらすぐに車を受け取る手続きをします。 しかし、車を返したとき、Jucyのスタッフはバスを渡らなかったので、タクシーに乗ってターミナルに行きましょうと言った。Jucy社が午後6時に退社することを知っていたので、彼らの退社時間が遅れないように、6時に返却する予定だったが、5:40に早めに返却した。しかし、彼らの乗っていた車が5:30になくなったことは知らなかった。タクシーに乗るより仕方がない。

レンタカー会社は市内から空港店に車を持ってくるよう手配してくれて,とても気に入っている。私は英語が下手で、相手も辛抱強いです。しかし、不適格な操作が多い。契約書のナンバープレートが実際と違う。車の大面積の損傷は修復していなくて、私と引き継ぐのは先の客が剃ったのです。私に渡す時油箱は空で、ランプはすべて明るくなって、幸いに入り口にガソリンスタンドがあります。空の油を私に空の油で車を返せばいい。車の状態は普通である。価格は安い、7人乗り、45ニューコインは一日の保険に入らない。一銭一銭。全体的に満足しているので、安いほうが間違いない。
