この会社には実際の店舗がなく、サービスは他のレンタカー会社に委託されています。予約時にはフライト到着後に迎えに来ると書かれていましたが、実際には誰も現れず、何の連絡もありませんでした。約1時間待ち、何度もレンタカーのサービス電話にかけて、ようやくEUROCARの店舗がサービスを提供していることがわかり、私たちの時間が多く無駄になりました。
