Construction is currently taking place on the Crossfield Drive/Lindberg and the Crossfield Drive/AMPM intersections. All customers returning vehicles will need to follow the Airport signs. We recommend customers plan to allow for an additional 30 minutes when renting or returning vehicles to avoid any potential delays. COUNTER: Proceed outside for the blue common rental car bus to the rental car building. CARS: Cars are located directly outside the car rental building near the counter. RETURNS: Same as pick-up. The rental car bus will provide shuttle transportation to the terminal. IMPORTANT - Sacramento International Airport (SMF) is undergoing major construction. Construction is currently taking place on the Crossfield Drive/Lindberg and the Crossfield Drive/AMPM intersections. All Budget customers returning vehicles will need to follow the Airport signs and plan to allow for an additional 30 minutes when renting or returning vehicles to avoid any potential delays. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Drop box is available in the rental return area. The shuttle is available 24 hours a day.

The on-airport rental car shuttle arrives at designated stops on ground level curbs outside both terminals approximately every 10 minutes. The Rental Car Shuttle is located at the outer island outside of baggage claim. Upon exiting the shuttle, proceed to the left and around the building. Please proceed to the National counter to obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys. Emerald Club members may skip the counter and head directly to the aisle. Simply proceed via the walkway to the Emerald Club area to choose your vehicle or choose from the area of the car class reserved.

Budgetのサクラメント支店のJoshuaさんのサービスが非常に良かったです。Dodge Hornetのハイブリッド車を提供してくれました。車の状態は非常に良く、運転しやすくて力強かったです。車も新しかったです。サンフランシスコの返却もとても効率的でした。物を忘れないように注意してください。

以前は借りたことがなくて、空港に着いてBudget会社のカウンターの人の指導の下に降った単に着いて、とても順調で、30分もしないで車をもらって、能率が高いです。

toll roadに対して責任を負うと言っていたところ、ネット上で料金を支払うしかないtoll roadを通りすぎてしまったのですが、budgetの車ではネット上での支払いができず、罰金30…あまりにもひどいので、早く教えてくれればtollは避けましょう。

ハーツは料金が不明瞭。車を予約した際に異なる場所での返却を選びましたが、返却時に追加で80ドル以上請求されました。レンタカー会社のカスタマーサポートに連絡しましたが、まだ返金されていません。ハーツは料金が不明瞭です。

10日間車を借りましたが、中間に故障が発生しました。オイルタンクやフィルターのメンテナンスが必要で異臭がすることもあれば、バッテリーが上がってエンジンがかからないこともありました。3日間で2回も車を交換しましたが、カスタマーサービスは聞き取りが悪く、英語でのコミュニケーションが非常に面倒でした。毎回2〜3時間かかり、注文番号が見つからないと言われました。
