ALL RENTERS Proceed to the Avis counter in the baggage claim area. After completing the rental contract, exit through Door 5 to the center island to wait for the consolidated shuttle bus to take you to the car rental lot on the east side of the terminal. At the end of the rental, return the car to the car rental lot and the shuttle bus will take you to the terminal. The shuttle bus operates 24 hours a day. After-hours Returns Park & lock the car. Place the completed contract & the keys in the Drop Box located in the Returns area. Remember to take your personal belongings with you.

COUNTER: Follow the signs to the North Skywalk. Proceed to the rental counter in the Rental Car Building. CARS: Cars are in the North Garage/Rental Car Facility which is within walking distance, no shuttle provided. RETURNS: Return the car to the lower level of the Rental Car Facility located off Abbott Drive. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Park & lock vehicle in the car return lot & place keys with completed contract in the key drop box located at the FastBreak booth.

Take the escalator down to the lower level of the Airport terminal and the Alamo counter is located in the center by door 3. Please proceed to the Alamo counter to obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys.Self service kiosks available, no need to line up and wait at rental desk.

レンタカー大手であるが、車を取り、返す、応急処置などの流れは比較的スムーズである。注文はよくよく見てから提供するクレジットカードを提供しなければならなくて、さもなくば多ブラシになりやすくて、払い戻し時間も比較的に長いです。

OMAHA空港は比較的に小さくて、HERTzの仕事と車を取るのはすべてshuttle bus下車の位置にあって、仕事の人員はまだ良くて、あまり交流する必要がないため、ただ200ドルの保証金と道路のサービス、車を返す給油などの情報を確認して、サービスの人員はすべて専門的な応答と連絡カードを渡すことができる。

車を取る時は人がいないので、列に並ばなくてもいい。車を持って具体的な使用指導ができるといいので、自分で車を探すために鍵を一房渡した。車のキーも離すことができず、その都度一山ずつ持っていく。車の中を鍵をかけておくのが面倒だ。

とても不満で、車を返す時間は午前3時で、誰も車を迎えていないで、直接鍵をかけてフロントに渡して、切符を開発します。 結局、数時間後に281ドルを掛けて、鍵がなくなったと言った。 1周間連絡してもまだ解決していない、本当のゴミ。 もし解決したら,また追評します。
