注文したSUVは、到着してから注文した車種ではなく、レンタカーの契約をせず、保険を買わないとガソリンが買えないと告知し、車を返した際にトラブルが発生し、クレームがついた。 あとはヘルツは使わない。

私たちはSUVを予約していたのですが、車を取りに行くときにはマニュアルのセダンとピックアップだけだと言われ、結局セダンを選びました。スタッフは英語があまり上手ではありませんが、手続きはうまくいきました。

まあまあ、主に英語のサービスが悪いので、America Car Rentalの店の車はすべて油だらけではなく、客に車を取る時の油の目盛りに合わせて車を返すように要求して、これはとても達しにくくて、かどうかはもっと油を注して損して、かどうかは油を減らして金を天引きする。 車が大きすぎたので、店で小さい7人乗りの車に乗り換えることにした。店の差額は返金されない。それから途中でタイヤの圧計やモーターのランプがついたので、連絡先が大変だった。言葉が通じなくなってからホテルの人に手伝ってもらったり、町に行って応援したりしたので、連絡してから会社は大丈夫だと言って続いたのだろう。結果的には大丈夫ですが、迷っていたし、電気のついた車を運転していて、落ち着きませんでした。
