Shuttle Bus Instructions COUNTER: Located at Expwy 83 & 16th St between Bicentennial Blvd & Main St. AIRLINE PASSENGERS - Board the Budget shuttle van outside the baggage claim area for 5-10 minute ride to car office. CARS: On-site. RETURNS: Same as pick-up. Vehicles cannot be returned at the airport. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: AIRLINE PASSENGERS - Vehicle must be returned at the Budget office. Shuttle bus operates during normal business hours. LOCAL RENTERS - Park car outside the main entrance facing the lot. Complete contract & lock car. Place the contract & the keys in the key drop box mounted on the wall to the right of the entrance.
