第一、ボルドー空港のスタッフは前のお客様には友好的に対応し、笑顔で友達を迎えるかのように親切でした。でも私たちの番になると、すぐに無愛想に対応してきました。第二に、彼女が契約条件を説明しているときに全部聞き取れないのではと心配して翻訳機を使いました。彼女は追加保険を購入しない場合の補償されない金額について説明していましたが、私は「わかりました、ありがとう、必要ありません」と明確に伝えました。結局、彼女が私の希望に従って契約書を作成するだろうと信じていましたが、内容を詳しく確認せずに署名してしまいました。また、ガソリン車には無鉛ガソリン費用が別途日毎にかかると言われましたが、その費用については説明がなく、ただガソリンの種類だけが伝えられました。手続きが完了した際、クレジットカードの控えのみが渡されました。第三に、内容が明らかに異なる一つの書類だけを渡され、残りの二つは回収されました。彼女はそれが会社に保管されるものだと言いましたが、その控えも返却時に店員に回収されました。そのため、レンタカーサイトで異議を申し立てる時に証拠がなく、サポートからは追加保険を拒否したビデオがあれば提供するように言われました。初めてのレンタカー利用ではなく、こんなことは初めてです。消費者が何枚の書類を持つべきかについては研究していませんが、レンタカー会社には基本的な職業倫理があるべきだと思っています。追加保険がある場合、別々の書類が必要だと思います。保険を追加する場合、デポジットの事前承認とは分けて決済されるべきで、小さなレシートがあるはずです。次に利用したレンタカー会社では、保険の有無が明確で、支払いも別々にされ、レシートもそれぞれ発行されました。このような大手企業を盲信しないでください。トラブルに巻き込まれたくないなら、店に入る際からカメラをオンにし、音声も鮮明に記録しましょう。そして、保険の条項をしっかりと確認し、すべての条項を理解してから署名しましょう。大手企業は罠を仕掛けることがあるので注意が必要です。今後、このような差別的で不誠実な会社には1円も出しません。

インターネットで全保険を購入すると説明したにもかかわらず、追加推薦を強行し、仕方なくまた保険を購入するのは反感を買っている。僕が実際に借りたのはルノーのタリスマンだったが、それを取ったのはスコダだった。車には明らかに差があった。ルノーのほうがハイスペックで快適な外観だったが、クラスだと言われても気が滅入る。アウディA4に置き換えられるかと聞いて、一日20ユーロを追加して、クラスが違うと言えば、それは大変なことになる。

本来の予定の時は自働車のギアで、店員は私達に手働のギアをして、初めは聞いて分からなくて、車の中に着いてやっと発見して、後に帰って交換します;取车の时はまだセールスが多い、最初からわかって闻かない、その後発見車を取り片を见た时に沢山、また店员の再改正、幸いのもいいが、改正の支払いは、あまりない
